Monty requires 3 helpers to serve lunch at Zion to needy members of our community.

Business meeting. Please bring your own supper/beverage. $5.00 pp for room rental. RSVP by March 21, 2025. The regular business meeting will conclude by 7:30 to join a Zoom meeting with our Sister Club of Nueva Guatemala. This will be a wrap up meeting for the Global Grant WASH project, led by them with us as their international partners. It is a wonderful example of how Rotary Clubs can work together to build a better world. There will be opportunity for members to ask a question or make a comment to our Sister Club.

Join both clubs as we enagage in a Court Whist tournament. No experience necessary, rules of play will be discussed ahead of time! Please bring an easily served dessert, i.e. squares.

Volunteers needed to help serve lunch to the hungry at Zion Church

BYOB and Glass
Venues- 3 venues needed....1 for Appies, 1 for Main Course, 1 for Dessert.  Each Venue provides a surprise food.  This is to be a Multicultural Experience, so it doesn't matter if the Appies are Viet Tai, The Main Course Italian and the Dessert German!
The group moves from the  "Appie Venue" to the "Main Course Venue" to the "Dessert Venue" enjoying the food as they go.  BYOB to enjoy with your meal.  
It might be a nice idea if 2 people volunteered to provide the main course, as it is a more expensive venture.
RSVP by Tuesday, April 29, so preparations can be made. Also, please indicate if you can provide one of the 3 venues and the food that will be served there, but keep the type of food you will be serving a secret.

We wil be hosting 2 pancake Breakfasts on Friday morning and Saturday morning during Sidewalk  days
